So now we are back on earth and have to face a bleak future - at least a bleak 12 months ahead. What's going to happen? Things are going to get much worse that's for sure. More job losses and those who didn't think to save for a rainy day will be badly hit.
It's literally the survival of the fittest. If you are resilient enough, you will seek out opportunities instead of sitting around and wringing your hands. It's so cliched but it really is true - if there is a will, there's a way.
Those who lavished themselves during the good times and now find themselves in bottomless pit have only themselves to blame.
